whoa, this is like the second time i've viewed the squad blog. hehe, the last time i was here was uh..during sec 1? I don't really blog/view people's blogs so..yeah. Anyway, i've decided to post 'cause mostly wanlin and lovin asked me to(:

Friday we were told about the probation results and well, mostly shocking? And probably upsetting too. I also didn't expect myself to be PNCO for you all laa. (actually i don't want to be NCO one, heh) But i also didn't have any particular post in mind. I'm quite scared actually, 'cause this means another committment of mine and well, i don't think i can teach quite well. That's why I'm counting on Chengmun and Shaoyan too!

Hmm but whatever it is people, let's take this as a step towards leading the whole unit k? It's not a secret that most of us don't really like NPCC, but we can make the most out of it while we're still in. Be it our post, etc, i hope that all of us would still give our best (or try) 'cause eh..ultimately it would affect the whole unit, including us. And yeah, don't be too upset about your post...you know all of you are still important in our ma'ams' and my eyes[: Let's try to resolve some of the squad problems too, especially attendance first!! hehh...

Hope that me, Chengmun and Shaoyan can be good PNCOs, that i would be able to speak louder and that there won't be any hard feelings if we tell you to do something. Oh, if you all have any uh..unhappiness about the tasks we may give you, can come to me/them to talk about it okay?

Hey yo people, this blog is always dead :/ anw, i found out that many people read our squad blog, as in other people...ya...be it juniors, seniors or other people...ya...and its kinda freaky...really freaky...

Part of campcraft is over, but its not really over yet...mus jiayou for tent-pitching and backwoodsman! We can do it, but i got a really strong feeling that I've flung my first aid....so i shall be really guai and study for that 2 upcoming practicle tests :) We shall all pass together man! :)

Is our squad really that cliquish? some people said that we are very bonded in our cliques, yet other said that we are not bonded at all...so i really wonder if we are bonded like what we claimed to be. But i know its never possible to be really bonded as a whole squad. You cant like get all 21 go for lunch tgt, all 21 shopping tgt. Its crazy and its impossible cos its really hard to be like so close to everyone. But at least we can work with one another. We dont have to be that bonded, it'll be like so great if we can accept every single one already... Outcasting people is like telling people we are not bonded at all... but for the outcasts, ppl are trying so hard to accept you ppl, so you ppl should do sth too. Change your character or attitude or wadeva's wrong. It takes both hands to clap.

There's been so many little disputes over here and there within our squad this year..but i guess our bond isnt that weak, is it? some people said that they dont doubt our squad's bond, they think our squad's really bonded and they're really envious. So pls dont prove them wrong.

The passion's burning, we've got to carry on! :)

we went through much much more that u could ever imagined.
i can tell u , our squad is not bonded but at least we noe when to get together and lend each other a helpin hand when they rlly need it..
u dun like wearin uniform, so do we.. all the things u dun like u think we like it too ?
np is about getting used to things u dun like or even hate.
try to like it so that time will pass faster, so fast tt u carn imagine..

tts all i can say to u .. u may even hate me cos of this but think about it, my words make sense..

its not only this.. there are many other stuff happening but i rlly hope tt it would become better..
